Flowmeters

SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 1.5 (very low flow)

The SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 1.5 single continuous flowmeter’s tube design without internal welds, reductions or flow splitters, offers optimal hygiene, safety and CIP cleanability for food & beverage and pharmaceutical applications. This makes the SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 1.5 the preferred meter for R&D and mini-plant applications for liquid or gas measurement, where measuring very small quantities (e.g. drops per hour) is important.

SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 3-15 (Low flow)

The SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 3-15 flowmeter is suitable for accurate mass flow measurement for all kind of liquids and gases.

The full bore design provides lower pressure loss due to the consistent internal diameter throughout the entire sensor and the single tube construction without internal welds, reductions or flow splitters offers optimal hygiene, safety and CIP cleanability.

SITRANS FC300 DN 4 (Low Flow Nominal bore size DN 4 / 1/6″)

SITRANS FC300 is a compact Coriolis mass flowmeter sensor suitable for flow measurement of all kinds of liquids and gases. The sensor offers superior performance in terms of flow accuracy, turn-down range and density accuracy.

Benefits

  • Multi design styles make for Flexible installation – sensor design in stainless steel matches all environments
  • Highest integrity – Large dynamic turn down range better than 500:1 and the market’s thickest tube wall
  • Plug & Play – Multiplug electrical connector and SENSORPROM facilitate cost efficient installation and commissioning
  • Optimum accuracy – for mass flow, density and % fraction thanks to 4-wire Pt1000 temperature measurement
  • Enhanced safety – standard intrinsically safe EEx ia design
  • Max pressure of 410bar at Max temperature 180°C

NOTE

In order to make a complete flowmeter, the above flow sensors must be combined with one of the following MASS transmitters:

  • SITRANS FCT030: For general industry applications
  • SITRANS FCT010: For OEMs and skids in applications where space is limited
  • SIFLOW FC070: For direct integration into SIMATIC based systems

Transmitters & Sensors

SIFLOW FC070

With SIFLOW FC070 Siemens has developed the first flow transmitter designed for direct integration into SIMATIC S7 and SIMATIC PCS7 automation systems. SIFLOW FC070 is a true multiparameter Coriolis mass flow transmitter covering the full repertoire within flow applications and industries, ready for quick installation and system integration. SIFLOW FC070 is suitable for any application in automated industries where there is a demand for accurate flow measurement. The SIFLOW FC070 Ex CT is custody transfer approved for high pressure natural gas used in CNG dispensers.

SITRANS FCT010

The SITRANS FCT010 is a very small yet powerful Coriolis flow transmitter, developed especially for direct digital integration into process automation systems. Its compact design without display combined with its capability for digital output signals make it a perfect choice for skids and other applications where space is limited.

SITRANS FCT030

Based on patented digital signal processing technology, the SITRANS FCT030 transmitter delivers true multi-parameter measurements with enhanced efficiency, security and simplicity. It features a modular design for convenient installation and replacement as remote or compact mount version. Combinable with the entire SITRANS FC sensor range, the SITRANS FCT030 offers a uniform transmitter interface for the entire Coriolis portfolio.
